According to the school characteristics and the needs of the food microbiology experimental course,the ideas and suggestions of the experimental teaching reform of food microbiology were proposed from experiment outline,teaching methods and evaluation mode for training practical ability,innovation abili-ty and comprehensive ability of the students.
