目的：观察外用伊可尔联合口服胸腺肽肠溶片治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照的研究方案分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组51例外擦伊可尔联合口服胸腺肽肠溶片；对照组51例为液氮冷冻联合口服胸腺肽肠溶片。结果：治疗组痊愈42例，显效6例，痊愈率为82.35%，总有效率为98.03%，1个月内复发2例，复发率为4%；对照组痊愈33例，显效4例，痊愈率64.7%，总有效率88.23%，2个月内复发11例，复发率为23.40%。两组治愈率、总有效率及复发率比较均有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：伊可尔联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗多发性跖疣安全、有效、痛苦小、复发率低，值得在临床推广。
목적：관찰외용이가이연합구복흉선태장용편치료다발성척우적림상료효。방법：채용수궤대조적연구방안분성치료조화대조조。치료조51예외찰이가이연합구복흉선태장용편；대조조51례위액담냉동연합구복흉선태장용편。결과：치료조전유42례，현효6례，전유솔위82.35%，총유효솔위98.03%，1개월내복발2례，복발솔위4%；대조조전유33례，현효4례，전유솔64.7%，총유효솔88.23%，2개월내복발11례，복발솔위23.40%。량조치유솔、총유효솔급복발솔비교균유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：이가이연합흉선태장용편치료다발성척우안전、유효、통고소、복발솔저，치득재림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of external applied YIKEER combined with oral administrated thymopeptide snteric-coated tablets in the treatment of multiple verruca plantaris. Methods:Cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. 51 cases in the treatment group were treated with external applied YIKEER combined with oral administrated thymopeptide snteric-coated tablets, while 51 cases in the control group were treated with liquid nitrogen cryosurgery combined with oral thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets. Results:42 cases in the treatment group were curative, 6 cases obviously effective, the curative rate was 82.35%and the total effective rate was 98.03%.2 cases were recurred within 1 month, the recurrence rate was 4%. 33 cases in the control group were curative,4 cases obviously effective,the curative rate was 64.7%,and the total effective rate was 88.23%, 11 cases were recurred within 1 month,the recurrence rate was 23.40%. The total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion:YIKEER combined with oral administrated thymopeptide snteric-coated tablets can treat multiple verruca plantaris with the advantages of safety, more effectiveness, less pain and lower recurrence rate, which is worthy of promotion.
