Atopic dermatitis%Invigorating the spleen and eliminating dampness
目的：观察健脾化湿法治疗儿童特应性皮炎（AD）的疗效。方法：选择100例脾虚湿蕴型AD患儿，分为两组，治疗前及治疗后2周、4周时分别记录病情评分。结果：2周后病情评分即有降低，4周后评分进一步下降，有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论：健脾化湿法治疗AD疗效确切，安全性好。

목적：관찰건비화습법치료인동특응성피염（AD）적료효。방법：선택100례비허습온형AD환인，분위량조，치료전급치료후2주、4주시분별기록병정평분。결과：2주후병정평분즉유강저，4주후평분진일보하강，유현저성차이(P<0.01)。결론：건비화습법치료AD료효학절，안전성호。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of AD treated with the method of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness. Methods 100 children with spleen deficiency and dampness retention type AD were chosen and divided into two groups. The scores of disease condition were respectively recorded before and 2 weeks, 4 weeks after treatment. Results:The score dropped after 2 weeks and further declined after 4 weeks with significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:The efficacy of AD treated with invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness is obvious with high safety.
