目的:评价全程健康教育模式对2型糖尿病患者自我效能的影响。方法:比较150例2型糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育模式前后自我效能调查评分。结果:150例患者实施全程健康教育路径前后自我效能显著性提高(P<0.01)结论:全程健康教育模式可提高2型糖尿病患者自我效能,能够延缓疾病的发展,提高糖尿病患者的生存质量。

목적:평개전정건강교육모식대2형당뇨병환자자아효능적영향。방법:비교150례2형당뇨병환자실시전정건강교육모식전후자아효능조사평분。결과:150례환자실시전정건강교육로경전후자아효능현저성제고(P<0.01)결론:전정건강교육모식가제고2형당뇨병환자자아효능,능구연완질병적발전,제고당뇨병환자적생존질량。
Objective:To evaluate the influence of whole course health education mode on Type 2 diabetes patients’self-efficacy. Methods: The self-efficacy questionnaire score of 150 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were compared before and after the implementation of whole course health education. Results:Self-efficacy of 150 cases was obviously improved after implementation of whole course health education mode(P<0.01). Conclusion:whole course health education mode can improve the self-efficacy of patients with type 2 diabetes and slow down the progress of the disease and improve the life quality of patients with diabetes mullites.
