目的：探讨消瘀止痛散外敷治疗法在骨伤患者临床治疗中的应用价值。方法：选取2010年8月～2012年1月来我院收治的骨伤三期患者60例，随机平分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者使用消瘀止痛散外敷治疗法进行治疗，对照组患者采用扶他林进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的疼痛程度、肿胀程度及生存质量评分，并使用SPSS 13.0软件包对比较结果进行统计学分析。结果：观察组患者治疗后的疼痛程度明显低于对照组患者，P<0.05；观察组患者的肿胀程度明显低于对照组患者，P<0.05；观察组患者的生存质量评分明显高于对照组患者，P<0.05。结论：骨伤患者应用消瘀止痛散外敷消肿效果良好，对于改善患者的疼痛程度和治疗后的生存质量具有重要意义，具有推广应用价值。
목적：탐토소어지통산외부치요법재골상환자림상치료중적응용개치。방법：선취2010년8월～2012년1월래아원수치적골상삼기환자60례，수궤평분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조환자사용소어지통산외부치요법진행치료，대조조환자채용부타림진행치료，비교량조환자치료후적동통정도、종창정도급생존질량평분，병사용SPSS 13.0연건포대비교결과진행통계학분석。결과：관찰조환자치료후적동통정도명현저우대조조환자，P<0.05；관찰조환자적종창정도명현저우대조조환자，P<0.05；관찰조환자적생존질량평분명현고우대조조환자，P<0.05。결론：골상환자응용소어지통산외부소종효과량호，대우개선환자적동통정도화치료후적생존질량구유중요의의，구유추엄응용개치。
Objective:to investigate the clinical application value of external applied Xiaoyu Zhitong power in patients with fractures. Methods 60 patients with fractures in our hospital during August 2010 to January 2010 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with Xiaoyu Zhitong power, while the patients in the control group were treated with Voltaren. The pain level, swelling degree and the quality of life score were compared between the two groups after treatment, and the results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software package.Results:The pain degree of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05); the swelling degree of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05); the life quality score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions:Xiaoyu Zhitong power has a good effect on reducing swelling and alleviating pain of bone trauma patients with great significance of reducing the pain level and life quality which is worthy of popularization and application.
