目的：通过对比分析和比较内科消化疾病治疗护理中进行优质护理服务方式的临床效果，选出最为优质的护理；方法：统一对内科消化疾病患者进行改变服务观念、开展亲情问候、加强健康教育、完善服务流程、提高护理人员技能操作的系统化优质服务，观察和统计实施优质护理后，患者的各项指标高低、患者对护理的评价、满意程度、患者配合程度等判断指标，并与实施优势护理前进行比较；结果：优质护理的推出，使得患者各项指标趋于更加的平稳、患者满意程度、护理考评总分、患者的配合程度等指标均较优质护理前大幅度提升，比较差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；结论：对内科消化疾病患者进行优质护理不仅能够增强护士和患者间的亲热感、提高护理质量和满意程度，而且进一步促进患者对于疾病的防控，为医院良好的服务领域树立了标杆。

Objective:To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of high-quality nursing in the nursing care of digestive internal diseases in order to choose the best quality nursing. Methods:To change service concept, carry out family greetings, strengthen health education, improve the service process, improve the nursing skills operation on patients with digestive diseases in Department of internal medicine, the implementation of high quality nursing observation and statistics, of indicators were height, patient care evaluation, satisfaction of patients, with the degree of the criteria were compared with the advantages of nursing before. Results:The introduction of high-quality care make patients’indictors tend to be more stable, and patients’ satisfaction, nursing evaluation score were greatly enhanced ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ). Conclusion:Digestive diseases for patients quality medical care can not only enhance the sense of intimacy between nurses and patients and improve the quality of care and satisfaction, but also further promote the prevention and control of disease for patients, which established a good benchmark for hospital service.
