为改善传统DC-AC系统功率小、效率低、系统自身损耗大等缺陷,提出了一种改进型的DC-AC系统实现方案,引入对称式电压控制型MOS型开关管推挽工作、软开关驱动MOS管方案替代机械开关(如继电器)、三极管(BJT)、可控硅(SCR)等传统设计方案,改进的电路系统稳定性强、效率高、系统自身损耗极小。对电路进行工作原理分析,通过PSpice仿真软件评估控制电路可行性并通过实验验证电路的实际使用及可靠性。

For improving the defects of the traditional DC-AC system with low power,low efficiency and high loss,a scheme of the improved DC-AC system is presented. The symmetric voltage controlled MOS switch tube push-pull work mode and the scheme that MOS is driven by soft switch tube were adopted instead of mechanical switch(such as relay),triode(BJT) and silicon controlled rectifier(SCR)in the traditional design scheme. The improved circuit system has high stability,high effi-ciency and low loss. The working principle of the circuit is analyzed. The PSpice-simulation software was used to evaluate the fea-sibility of the control circuit. The reliability of the circuit was verified by experiment.
