A wireless data transmission mode based on nRF24L01 wireless module is designed to overcome the difficulty that the flow sensor data at the pump outlet can not be obtained directly in the drilling process. In the design,a copper slip ring is adopted to achieve the power supply. The flow data acquisition and transmission of the system in complex environment are in-troduced in detail. STM32C8T6 is taken as a microcontroller in the system. The relationship between flow and outlet pressure of the pump was analyzed and verified. The software and hardware design ideas and reliable connectionless data transmission tech-nology are offered in this paper.
