近年来，随着市场经济体制的不断深入与股份制改革的完成，我国银行业发展迅速，尤其是很多城市商业银行过分注重业务扩张，忽略了风险管理的重要性，进而导致金融案件频频发生。在这种环境下，我国城市商业银行内部控制显得尤为重要，有效的内部控制不仅能够帮助银行远离风险，更能在风险来临时降低银行的损失，及时将风险控制在第二道防线。
近年來，隨著市場經濟體製的不斷深入與股份製改革的完成，我國銀行業髮展迅速，尤其是很多城市商業銀行過分註重業務擴張，忽略瞭風險管理的重要性，進而導緻金融案件頻頻髮生。在這種環境下，我國城市商業銀行內部控製顯得尤為重要，有效的內部控製不僅能夠幫助銀行遠離風險，更能在風險來臨時降低銀行的損失，及時將風險控製在第二道防線。
근년래，수착시장경제체제적불단심입여고빈제개혁적완성，아국은행업발전신속，우기시흔다성시상업은행과분주중업무확장，홀략료풍험관리적중요성，진이도치금융안건빈빈발생。재저충배경하，아국성시상업은행내부공제현득우위중요，유효적내부공제불부능구방조은행원리풍험，경능재풍험래림시강저은행적손실，급시장풍험공제재제이도방선。
In recent years , with the deepening market economy system and the shareholding system reform , China banking in-dustry has been developing rapidly .Especially a lot of city commercial banks excessively focus on business expansion , and ignore the importance of risk management , which lead to frequent financial cases .In this environment , internal control of city commercial bank seems very important .The effective internal control can not only help banks away from risks , but also reduce the loss of the bank when the risk comes and control the risk in the second line of defense .
