基于ABAQUS有限元分析方法,对两种热处理工艺下的16 Mn钢中MnS夹杂物在同一拉伸载荷作用下的应力和应变分布进行了研究。结果表明,两种晶粒尺寸的材料在长条形MnS夹杂物附近存在着垂直于加载方向的X形状的Mi-ses应力和PEEQ集中区。但细晶的16Mn钢中MnS引起的应力和应变集中程度要明显大于粗晶的16Mn钢中MnS引起的应力和应变集中,其原因与细晶强化有关。
基于ABAQUS有限元分析方法,對兩種熱處理工藝下的16 Mn鋼中MnS夾雜物在同一拉伸載荷作用下的應力和應變分佈進行瞭研究。結果錶明,兩種晶粒呎吋的材料在長條形MnS夾雜物附近存在著垂直于加載方嚮的X形狀的Mi-ses應力和PEEQ集中區。但細晶的16Mn鋼中MnS引起的應力和應變集中程度要明顯大于粗晶的16Mn鋼中MnS引起的應力和應變集中,其原因與細晶彊化有關。
기우ABAQUS유한원분석방법,대량충열처리공예하적16 Mn강중MnS협잡물재동일랍신재하작용하적응력화응변분포진행료연구。결과표명,량충정립척촌적재료재장조형MnS협잡물부근존재착수직우가재방향적X형상적Mi-ses응력화PEEQ집중구。단세정적16Mn강중MnS인기적응력화응변집중정도요명현대우조정적16Mn강중MnS인기적응력화응변집중,기원인여세정강화유관。
Based on the ABAQUS finite element analysis method ,the stress and strain distribution of MnS inclusions in 16Mn steel on two kinds of heat treatments during the same tensile loading were studied .The results show that the two samples in the vic-inity of elongated MnS inclusions exist Mises stress perpendicular to the loading direction of the X s-haped and PEEQ clusters .But the stress and strain concentration degree of MnS inclusions in fine g-rained 16Mn steerl is significantly greater than MnS inclusions in coarse-grained16 Mn steel.The reason may be related with the fine grain strengthening .
