目的:本文旨在探讨表皮生长因子受体EGFR和慢性外阴营养不良的关系。方法:取慢性外阴营养不良患者病变区皮肤60例和正常对照组皮肤组织55例,通过免疫组化方法,检测表皮生长因子受体在两者中的阳性表达情况,对比其表达的差异。结果:慢性外阴营养不良者阳性27例,占32.7%,对照组7例阳性表达,占12.73%,经统计学处理慢性外阴营养不良者阳性表达率明显高于正常对照组皮肤组织( P<0.01)。结论:慢性外阴营养不良患者皮肤存在着上皮细胞增值和分化异常,具有上皮代谢活跃的特征。
目的:本文旨在探討錶皮生長因子受體EGFR和慢性外陰營養不良的關繫。方法:取慢性外陰營養不良患者病變區皮膚60例和正常對照組皮膚組織55例,通過免疫組化方法,檢測錶皮生長因子受體在兩者中的暘性錶達情況,對比其錶達的差異。結果:慢性外陰營養不良者暘性27例,佔32.7%,對照組7例暘性錶達,佔12.73%,經統計學處理慢性外陰營養不良者暘性錶達率明顯高于正常對照組皮膚組織( P<0.01)。結論:慢性外陰營養不良患者皮膚存在著上皮細胞增值和分化異常,具有上皮代謝活躍的特徵。
목적:본문지재탐토표피생장인자수체EGFR화만성외음영양불량적관계。방법:취만성외음영양불량환자병변구피부60례화정상대조조피부조직55례,통과면역조화방법,검측표피생장인자수체재량자중적양성표체정황,대비기표체적차이。결과:만성외음영양불량자양성27례,점32.7%,대조조7례양성표체,점12.73%,경통계학처리만성외음영양불량자양성표체솔명현고우정상대조조피부조직( P<0.01)。결론:만성외음영양불량환자피부존재착상피세포증치화분화이상,구유상피대사활약적특정。
Objective:The purpose of this paper is to explore the epidermal growth factor receptor and the relationship between chro-nic vulvar dystrophy.Methods:Chronic vulvar dystrophy patients disease damage of heavy area of the skin and normal control group in skin tissue, by immunohistochemical method ,chronic vulvar dystrophy patients disease damage of heavy area of 60 cases of skin and skin in 55 cases, normal control group by immunohistochemical method , detection of epidermal growth factor receptor positive expres-sion in different organizations, contrast the differences expressed in different tissues. Results:Malnutrition in chronic vulvar positive 27 cases, accounted for 32 .7%, control group ( 12 .73%) , 7 cases of positive expression of chronic vulvar dystrophy after statistics pro-cessing the positive expression rate is significantly higher than normal control group in skin tissue (P <0.01).Conclusion:Chronic vulvar dystrophy sufferers there exists abnormal epithelial cell proliferation and differentiation of skin , has the characteristics of epithelial metabolism active.
