目的：探讨个体人性化护理（ IHN）对老年高血压患者并发症的影响。方法：将128例老年高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组各64例，对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行IHN；比较两组血压控制效果及并发症发生情况。结果：护理后，观察组DBP、SBP均低于护理前及对照组护理后，血压控制总有效率高于对照组且并发症发生率低于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论：IHN可有效控制老年高血压患者血压，有效降低并发症发生率，值得推广。
목적：탐토개체인성화호리（ IHN）대노년고혈압환자병발증적영향。방법：장128례노년고혈압환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각64례，대조조진행상규호리，관찰조진행IHN；비교량조혈압공제효과급병발증발생정황。결과：호리후，관찰조DBP、SBP균저우호리전급대조조호리후，혈압공제총유효솔고우대조조차병발증발생솔저우대조조（ P﹤0.05）。결론：IHN가유효공제노년고혈압환자혈압，유효강저병발증발생솔，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect of individualized humanistic nursing on the complications of elderly patients with hyper-tension. Methods:128 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(64 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the individualized humanistic nursing was im-plemented in the observation group. The effect of blood pressure control and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The DBP and SBP were lower in the observation group than the control group after nursing care;the total effective rate of blood pressure control was higher and the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group after nursing care( P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The individualized humanistic nursing can effectively control blood pressure of the elderly hypertensive patients and re-duce the incidence of complications.
