目的:调查分析三甲医院心内科护士关怀能力与患者护理满意度关系。方法:按照随机数字表法选取15所三甲医院的心内科护士375名、患者255例及家属179名,采用护士关怀能力评价量表和心内科护理满意度调查问卷进行调查。结果:不同护龄护士认知、勇气、耐心维度得分比较差异有统计学意义( P﹤0.01),不同职称护士勇气、耐心维度得分比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),护士关怀能力与患者护理满意度呈正相关(r=0.401,P﹤0.01),心内科护士关怀能力各维度对整体护理满意度具有预测作用( R2=0.336,P﹤0.01)。结论:三甲医院心内科护士关怀能力对求医者护理满意度有促进作用,应着力于提高护士的关怀能力,以提升患者护理满意度。

목적:조사분석삼갑의원심내과호사관부능력여환자호리만의도관계。방법:안조수궤수자표법선취15소삼갑의원적심내과호사375명、환자255례급가속179명,채용호사관부능력평개량표화심내과호리만의도조사문권진행조사。결과:불동호령호사인지、용기、내심유도득분비교차이유통계학의의( P﹤0.01),불동직칭호사용기、내심유도득분비교차이유통계학의의(P﹤0.01),호사관부능력여환자호리만의도정정상관(r=0.401,P﹤0.01),심내과호사관부능력각유도대정체호리만의도구유예측작용( R2=0.336,P﹤0.01)。결론:삼갑의원심내과호사관부능력대구의자호리만의도유촉진작용,응착력우제고호사적관부능력,이제승환자호리만의도。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the relationship between the nurse's caring ability and patients' satisfaction in the de-partment of cardiology of GradeⅢ-A general hospitals. Methods:375 nurses,255 patients and 179 family members were randomly select-ed from the department of cardiology of 15 GradeⅢ-A general hospitals and they were investigated by using evaluation scale of nurse's caring ability and questionnaire on nursing satisfaction. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of cognition,courage and patience of the nurses in different nursing age(P﹤0. 01);the differences in the comparison of the scores of courage and patience of the nurses with different professional title were statistically significant(P﹤0. 01);the nurse's caring ability was positively correlated with nursing satisfaction(r=0. 401,P﹤0. 01);the each dimension of the nurse's caring ability had the predictable functions to the overall nursing satisfaction(R2 = 0. 336,P﹤0. 01). Conclusion:The nurse's caring ability in the department of cardiology can improve patient's satisfaction with nursing care and the emphasis should be on improving nurse's caring ability.
