目的：探讨系统护理干预对老年脑卒中后尿失禁患者生活质量的影响。方法将100例脑卒中后尿失禁患者随机分为系统护理干预组和对照护理组，均给予常规治疗和护理，系统护理干预组同时接受行为疗法、定时排尿、心理干预等综合措施。采用尿失禁生活质量量表对干预前后患者生活质量进行评估。结果经6个月的系统护理干预后，干预组的生活质量表评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。结论综合护理干预可改善脑卒中后尿失禁患者的生活质量。
目的：探討繫統護理榦預對老年腦卒中後尿失禁患者生活質量的影響。方法將100例腦卒中後尿失禁患者隨機分為繫統護理榦預組和對照護理組，均給予常規治療和護理，繫統護理榦預組同時接受行為療法、定時排尿、心理榦預等綜閤措施。採用尿失禁生活質量量錶對榦預前後患者生活質量進行評估。結果經6箇月的繫統護理榦預後，榦預組的生活質量錶評分與對照組比較差異有統計學意義（ P＜0.01）。結論綜閤護理榦預可改善腦卒中後尿失禁患者的生活質量。
목적：탐토계통호리간예대노년뇌졸중후뇨실금환자생활질량적영향。방법장100례뇌졸중후뇨실금환자수궤분위계통호리간예조화대조호리조，균급여상규치료화호리，계통호리간예조동시접수행위요법、정시배뇨、심리간예등종합조시。채용뇨실금생활질량량표대간예전후환자생활질량진행평고。결과경6개월적계통호리간예후，간예조적생활질량표평분여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.01）。결론종합호리간예가개선뇌졸중후뇨실금환자적생활질량。
Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention on quality of life of aged patients with urina-ry incontinence after stroke.Methods One hundred patients with urinary incontinence after stroke were randomly divided into systematic nursing intervention group and control group ,all patients received routine therapy and nursing care. Patients in sys-tematic nursing intervention group received comprehensive measures of behavior therapy ,timed urination ,psychological inter-vention ,etc.Results Quality of life of the patients in systematic nursing intervention group was significantly better than those in control group after 6 months of systematic nursing intervention.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures can improve quality of life of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke.
