利用微硅粉增密技术可提高硅粉的自然松散密度,但由于增密装置处于密闭状态,储灰仓出灰情况无法监测而极易导致因料位超限引起的输料管道堵塞的问题。文章针对这一问题设计了以单片机和压力传感器为测试核心的微硅粉增密仓料位适时监测装置,利用压力和粉料高度的换算关系来实现粉料料位的监测,成本低、精度高,解决了微硅粉增密仓料位无可靠实用监测手段的现状。

Natural loose density of micro silica fume can be improved by density treatment.Density device is in closed state,the quality of micro silica fume is unable to monitor which causing transport material pipe blockage by material position overrun.To solve this question,a real-time monitoring instrument for micro silica fume level of density device was designed.The microcontroller was adopted as control core. Pressure sensor was used to collect pressure signal of micro silica fume.Monitoring the material level is realized by means of converting pressure and height.The device in a low cost and high precision to solve the current unreliable monitoring situation of the transport material position of silica fume density stock bin.
