提出了一种计及继电保护系统多模式隐藏故障的电网N-k 风险分析方法,建立了计及线路主保护、后备保护及断路器装置(拒动)的继电保护系统隐藏故障模型;利用综合功能组分解法和事件树法对电网N-k 故障概率进行求解,并构建了包括电源孤立、负荷损失及输电断面传输功率极限下降的综合后果损失评价指标。算例分析结果表明:与计及单一隐藏故障模式的方法相比,所提的新方法可以提高N-k 故障概率的计算准确度,辨识一些特殊的高风险N-k 故障路径,并发现继电保护系统中的薄弱环节。

An N-k contingencies risk analysis method of power grid with multi-mode hidden failure in the relay protection system taken into account is proposed.A hidden failure model is developed for the relay protection system that takes into account the hidden failure of line main protection,backup protection and breaker(failure to act).A method based on function group and event tree analysis is used to calculate the probability of N-k failure,and an integrated consequent loss index is proposed which includes independent power,load loss and decline of the limit of transmission sections.The results show that compared with the method considering a single hidden failure mode,the proposed method can improve the calculating accuracy of N-k failure probability,identify some special high risk N-k failure paths,and find out weak links in the relay protection system.
