目的：观察中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：80例患者随机分为两组，对照组40例采用西医常规治疗，治疗组40例在西医常规治疗的基础上口服自拟补虚化痰止哮汤。两组疗程均为20d，1个疗程后，观察临床疗效、1秒钟用力呼气容积占预计值百分比（FEV?%）、外周血嗜酸粒细胞记数（EOS）及血清免疫球蛋白E（IgE）的变化、1年后观察复发率情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为95.0%，对照组为75.0%，两组比较，差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）；两组（EOS）、（IgE）治疗前后比较，差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）；治疗组（FEV?%）治疗前后比较，差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）；两组 EOS、IgE 治疗后组间比较，差异有显著性意义（P<0.01或P<0.05）；1年后治疗组复发率10.5%，对照组复发率46.7%，两组复发率比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著，并有降低EOS、IgE水平的功效。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료지기관효천적림상료효。방법：80례환자수궤분위량조，대조조40례채용서의상규치료，치료조40례재서의상규치료적기출상구복자의보허화담지효탕。량조료정균위20d，1개료정후，관찰림상료효、1초종용력호기용적점예계치백분비（FEV?%）、외주혈기산립세포기수（EOS）급혈청면역구단백E（IgE）적변화、1년후관찰복발솔정황。결과：총유효솔치료조위95.0%，대조조위75.0%，량조비교，차이유현저성의의（P<0.05）；량조（EOS）、（IgE）치료전후비교，차이유현저성의의（P<0.05）；치료조（FEV?%）치료전후비교，차이유현저성의의（P<0.05）；량조 EOS、IgE 치료후조간비교，차이유현저성의의（P<0.01혹P<0.05）；1년후치료조복발솔10.5%，대조조복발솔46.7%，량조복발솔비교유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：중서의결합치료지기관효천료효현저，병유강저EOS、IgE수평적공효。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on treating bronchial asthma. Methods:80 patients were divided into the control treated by routine western and the treatment treated with Buxu Huatan Zhixiao decoction more. Clinical effects, FEV?%, EOS, IgE and recurrence rate in 1 year were observed. Results:The total efficacy in the treatment of 95.0%was higher than another of 75.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the difference of EOS, IgE between two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), the whole was the same as FEV?%in the treatment (P<0.05);the difference of EOS, IgE after treatment between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01 or P<0.05);the recurrence rate in the treatment was 10.5%while in another it was 46.7%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The integrative medicine was confirmed with good effects and can decrease the level of EOS, IgE.
