目的：观察艾灸疗法对术后腹胀的疗效。方法：将100例腹部手术后患者随机进行分组，对照组于术后6h协助床上适当活动，并协助早期下床待肛门自然排气。观察组在此基础上，采用术后6h行艾灸中脘、神阙、足三里三穴，观察出现腹胀减轻及肛门首次排气的时间。结果：观察组术后腹胀减轻及首次肛门排气时间均明显提前于对照组。结论：艾灸中脘、神阙、足三里三穴能有效促进腹部术后肠蠕动，减轻腹胀，且使肛门排气时间提前。

목적：관찰애구요법대술후복창적료효。방법：장100례복부수술후환자수궤진행분조，대조조우술후6h협조상상괄당활동，병협조조기하상대항문자연배기。관찰조재차기출상，채용술후6h행애구중완、신궐、족삼리삼혈，관찰출현복창감경급항문수차배기적시간。결과：관찰조술후복창감경급수차항문배기시간균명현제전우대조조。결론：애구중완、신궐、족삼리삼혈능유효촉진복부술후장연동，감경복창，차사항문배기시간제전。
Objective: To observe the effects of moxibustion on postoperative abdominal distention. Methods:100 patients were grouped immediately after abdominal surgery, the control group was assisted to do some appropriate activities in bed after surgery and was helped to get out of bed for natural exhausting. Based on this therapy, the observation was acupuncture at Zhongwan, Shenque point and Zusanli point, reducing bloating and anal exhausting time were recorded. Results:The mitigation of postoperative abdominal distention and first anal exhausting time in observation group were significantly better than that in control group. Conclusion:Acupuncture at Zhongwan, Shenque point, Zusanli point can effectively promote postoperative abdominal peristalsis, reduce abdominal distention and advance the anus exhausting time.
