目的：观察穴位埋线疗法治疗不寐的临床疗效。方法：用穴位埋线治疗不寐35例，并将结果与针刺对照组32例进行对比。结果：治疗组总有效率91.4%，高于对照组78.1％（P<0.05）。结论：穴位埋线疗法治疗不寐疗效明显优于针刺对照组。

목적：관찰혈위매선요법치료불매적림상료효。방법：용혈위매선치료불매35례，병장결과여침자대조조32례진행대비。결과：치료조총유효솔91.4%，고우대조조78.1％（P<0.05）。결론：혈위매선요법치료불매료효명현우우침자대조조。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupoint-catgut-embedding on insomnia. Methods: Catgut embedding therapy was applied at insomnia for 35 cases, and the results were compared with the acupuncture group that included 32 cases. Results:The total efficacy was 91.4%in the treatment group higher than 78.1%in the control group. Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of catgut embedding on insomnia is superior to that of acupuncture group.
