目的：研究灯盏花素鼻用微乳凝胶剂对鼻腔纤毛运动的影响。方法：采用在体蟾蜍上颚模型法，给予自制的灯盏花素鼻用微乳凝胶剂，记录纤毛持续摆动时间，并于显微镜下观察纤毛形态学改变。结果：灯盏花素鼻用微乳凝胶剂对鼻腔纤毛运动无明显影响，相对于NS，纤毛持续摆动时间的相对百分率为93.8%。结论：灯盏花素鼻用微乳凝胶剂无明显鼻腔纤毛毒性，可以用于鼻腔给药。
목적：연구등잔화소비용미유응효제대비강섬모운동적영향。방법：채용재체섬서상악모형법，급여자제적등잔화소비용미유응효제，기록섬모지속파동시간，병우현미경하관찰섬모형태학개변。결과：등잔화소비용미유응효제대비강섬모운동무명현영향，상대우NS，섬모지속파동시간적상대백분솔위93.8%。결론：등잔화소비용미유응효제무명현비강섬모독성，가이용우비강급약。
Objective: To study the ciliotoxicity of breviscapine microemulsion-based nasal gels. Methods: The lasting time of ciliary movement was determined and the ciliary morphology was observed with microscope after administration in situ toad palate mode. Results:Breviscapine microemulsion-based nasal gels had no significant effect on ciliary movement. The relative percentage of the lasting time of ciliary movement with physiological was 93.8%. Conclusion:In this study the breviscapine microemulsion-basednasal gels has no significant ciliotoxicity and it can be used for intranasal administration.
