目的:研究鬼针草水提物对急性肝损伤小鼠NO、IFN-γ和氧化应激的影响。方法:50只昆明种小鼠,月龄2~4月,平均月龄3月,随机分成5组:正常组(A)、模型组(B)、鬼针草水提物低(C)、中(D)、高(E)剂量组。C、D、E组分别用2.5 g?kg-1?d-1、5 g?kg-1?d-1、10g?kg-1?d-1鬼针草水提物灌胃,A、B组灌胃等容量生理盐水。3W后模型组和鬼针草水提物组小鼠均一次性腹腔注射LPS(脂多糖400μg/kg)建立小鼠化学性肝损伤模型。测定血清ALT、GGT、NO、IFN-γ水平和肝匀浆中MDA、SOD的含量,肝组织HE染色作病理切片分析。结果:与模型组比较,鬼针草水提物组ALT、GGT、NO、IFN-γ、MDA均明显降低,GSH-PX 活性明显增高,肝细胞水肿、变性等损伤程度明显减轻。结论:鬼针草水提物能够明显降低急性肝损伤小鼠NO、IFN-γ水平,减轻氧化应激损伤,具有较强的保肝作用。

목적:연구귀침초수제물대급성간손상소서NO、IFN-γ화양화응격적영향。방법:50지곤명충소서,월령2~4월,평균월령3월,수궤분성5조:정상조(A)、모형조(B)、귀침초수제물저(C)、중(D)、고(E)제량조。C、D、E조분별용2.5 g?kg-1?d-1、5 g?kg-1?d-1、10g?kg-1?d-1귀침초수제물관위,A、B조관위등용량생리염수。3W후모형조화귀침초수제물조소서균일차성복강주사LPS(지다당400μg/kg)건립소서화학성간손상모형。측정혈청ALT、GGT、NO、IFN-γ수평화간균장중MDA、SOD적함량,간조직HE염색작병리절편분석。결과:여모형조비교,귀침초수제물조ALT、GGT、NO、IFN-γ、MDA균명현강저,GSH-PX 활성명현증고,간세포수종、변성등손상정도명현감경。결론:귀침초수제물능구명현강저급성간손상소서NO、IFN-γ수평,감경양화응격손상,구유교강적보간작용。
Objective:To study the Bidens NO aqueous extract on acute hepatic injury in rats and the effects of IFN-γand oxidative stress. Methods:50 in Kunming mice and months old in February-April, the average ages in March, divided into 5 groups:normal group (A), model group (B), the aqueous extract of Bidens (C), (D), (E) dose group. C, D, and E, respectively with 2.5 g· kg-1· d-1, 5 g· kg-1· d-1, 10g· kg-1· d-1 Bidens intragastric administration of aqueous extract, A, B, group capacity such as intragastric administration of saline solution. 3W model groups and aqueous extract of Bidens group after single intraperitoneal injection of LPS in mice (LPS 400μg/kg) model for chemical-induced liver injury in mice. Determination of serum ALT, GGT, NO, IFN-γ levels and contents of MDA and SOD in liver homogenate, and HE staining of liver tissue for pathologic analysis. Results:Compared with the model groups, aqueous extract of Bidens group ALT, GGT, NO, IFN-γ, MDA were significantly lower, and GSH-PX activity significantly increased measurably reduce edema and degeneration of liver cells injury. Conclusion:The Bidens aqueous extract significantly reduced NO, IFN-γlevels in rats with acute liver injury, reducing oxidative stress damage, have stronger hepatoprotective effect.
