目的：分析临床中药剂型对治疗效果的影响，为临床合理用药提供依据；方法：随机将我院收治的50例患者分为对照组和试验组，对照组采用混悬剂中药治疗，试验组采用溶液型中药治疗，并观察两组患者治疗效果；结果：对照组患者药效持续时间为6个小时，药物治疗的有效率为68.0%，不良反应率为24.0%，而对照组患者药效持续时间为9h，药物治疗的有效率为88.0%，不良反应率为8.0%，两组药效持续时间以及药物治疗有效率和不良反应比较，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：临床中药剂型对药物吸收和临床治疗效果具有很大的影响，其中溶液型药物吸收比混悬剂中药效果要好，可以提高疾病治疗效果，值得在实际中推广。
목적：분석림상중약제형대치료효과적영향，위림상합리용약제공의거；방법：수궤장아원수치적50례환자분위대조조화시험조，대조조채용혼현제중약치료，시험조채용용액형중약치료，병관찰량조환자치료효과；결과：대조조환자약효지속시간위6개소시，약물치료적유효솔위68.0%，불량반응솔위24.0%，이대조조환자약효지속시간위9h，약물치료적유효솔위88.0%，불량반응솔위8.0%，량조약효지속시간이급약물치료유효솔화불량반응비교，P<0.05，차이유통계학의의。결론：림상중약제형대약물흡수화림상치료효과구유흔대적영향，기중용액형약물흡수비혼현제중약효과요호，가이제고질병치료효과，치득재실제중추엄。
Objective:To analyze of TCM drug dosage forms and the relationship between the drug absorption, in order to provide a basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods: 50 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, the TCM treatment of the control group patients mainly adopts suspension agent, the treatment group were treated by solution type TCM medicine;therapeutic effects in two groups were observed. Results:The control group patients efficacy duration for 6 hours, drug treatment efficacy was 68.0%, the adverse reaction was 24.0%, while the control group patients efficacy duration for 9 hours, drug treatment efficacy was 88.0%, the adverse reaction was 8.0%, efficacy duration, effective drug treatment and adverse reactions in two groups were compared, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:TCM medicine has a great influence on the formulation of drug absorption and clinical effects, the body of drug absorption solution performed better than the TCM suspension agent, can improve the treatment effect.
