目的：探讨Ezrin蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其对患者预后的影响。方法应用免疫组化法检测120例结直肠癌组织和20例正常结直肠组织中Ezrin蛋白的表达情况。结果 Ezrin蛋白在结直肠癌组织和正常结直肠组织中阳性率分别为61．7％和20％，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．01）。 Ezrin蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及Dukes分期有关（ P ＜0．05或＜0．01），与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤所在部位、肿瘤大小无关（ P ＞0．05）。 kaplan-Meier 法生存曲线分析表明，Ezrin 蛋白的阴性表达组生存期显著高于阳性组（ P ＜0．05）。 Cox多因素分析表明：淋巴结转移、Dukes分期及Ezrin蛋白过表达为影响患者预后的独立因素。结论 Ezrin蛋白的高表达可能参与结直肠癌的发展、浸润和转移，可作为结直肠癌生物学行为和预后评估指标之一。

Objective To investigate the expression of Ezrin in colorectal carcinoma and its effect on patient ’ s prognosis.Methods The expression levels of Ezrin were detected by immunohistochemistry in 120 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 20 cases of normal colorectal tissues .Results The positive expression rates of Ezrin were 61.7% and 20.0%,respectively in colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal tissues ,there were significant differences between them ( P<0.01).The expression of Ezrin in colorectal carcinoma was closely related to tumor differentiation degree ,infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and Dukes staging ( P <0.05 or P <0.01),however,which was not correlated with patient ’s sex and age,location and size of tumor( P >0.05).The plotted survival curves according to Kaplan-Meier method showed that survival time in patients with negative expression of Ezrin protein was significantly longer than that of patients with positive expression of Eztin protein( P <0.05).Multivariate Cox regression analysis suggested that lymph node metastasis ,Dukes staging and overexpression of Ezrin were independent factors that affected patient ’ s prognosis .Conclusion The overexpression of Ezrin may be involved in development ,invasion,infiltration and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma ,which can be used as one of the indicators of evaluating biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma and patient ’ s prognosis .
