目的:探讨PTEN在膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌中的表达与其发生、发展的关系及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测62例膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌和23例正常膀胱黏膜标本中PTEN的表达情况,分析其表达与膀胱癌的发生,病理分级及临床分期的关系。结果:PTEN在膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌组织和正常膀胱黏膜组织中的阳性表达率分别是100%和46.77%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且膀胱癌细胞分化越差,临床分期越高, PTEN阳性表达率越低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌的发生、发展与PTEN的表达缺失有关。检测其表达情况对膀胱癌的预后判断及治疗选择可能具有重要价值。
目的:探討PTEN在膀胱尿路上皮細胞癌中的錶達與其髮生、髮展的關繫及其臨床意義。方法:應用免疫組化法檢測62例膀胱尿路上皮細胞癌和23例正常膀胱黏膜標本中PTEN的錶達情況,分析其錶達與膀胱癌的髮生,病理分級及臨床分期的關繫。結果:PTEN在膀胱尿路上皮細胞癌組織和正常膀胱黏膜組織中的暘性錶達率分彆是100%和46.77%,比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);且膀胱癌細胞分化越差,臨床分期越高, PTEN暘性錶達率越低,比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:膀胱尿路上皮細胞癌的髮生、髮展與PTEN的錶達缺失有關。檢測其錶達情況對膀胱癌的預後判斷及治療選擇可能具有重要價值。
목적:탐토PTEN재방광뇨로상피세포암중적표체여기발생、발전적관계급기림상의의。방법:응용면역조화법검측62례방광뇨로상피세포암화23례정상방광점막표본중PTEN적표체정황,분석기표체여방광암적발생,병리분급급림상분기적관계。결과:PTEN재방광뇨로상피세포암조직화정상방광점막조직중적양성표체솔분별시100%화46.77%,비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);차방광암세포분화월차,림상분기월고, PTEN양성표체솔월저,비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:방광뇨로상피세포암적발생、발전여PTEN적표체결실유관。검측기표체정황대방광암적예후판단급치료선택가능구유중요개치。
Objective: To investigate the expression of PTEN in bladder urothelial cell carcinoma, the relationship of its genesis, development and its clinical significance.Method: Expression of PTEN protein in 62 bladder urothelial cell carcinoma and 23 normal bladder tissues was analyzed by using SP immuno-histochemistry. The relationship between the expression of PTEN and the occurrence, pathologic grade and clinical stage of bladder cancer was analyzed.Result: The positive expression rate of PTEN in bladder urothelial cell carcinoma and normal bladder tissues was 100% and 46.77% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), with lower differentiation and higher stage, expression rate of PTEN run low, the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PTEN deficiency may be involved in the occurrence and development of the human bladder urothelial cell carcinoma. It may have significant value to test the expression of PTEN on prognosis and treatment options for bladder cancer.
