目的：观察上颌窦底内提升同期种植体植入的成功率及临床效果。方法：对2009年1月-2012年12月在无锡市第二人民医院口腔科收治的上颌后牙缺失、行上颌窦底内提升术并同期植入种植体的18例（共28颗种植体）患者的临床资料进行评估。随访1~4年，观察种植体稳定性、上颌窦底高度、上颌窦有无炎症及种植体周围牙槽骨情况。结果：18例患者共26颗种植体术中均无上颌窦穿孔，随访观察种植体均无松动、脱落，上颌窦无炎症发生，全景片示种植体与骨均形成良好骨结合，种植体周围垂直骨吸收均小于1.5 mm。结论：在选择合适病例的前提下，上颌窦内提升并同期种植体植入术能取得较好的临床效果。
목적：관찰상합두저내제승동기충식체식입적성공솔급림상효과。방법：대2009년1월-2012년12월재무석시제이인민의원구강과수치적상합후아결실、행상합두저내제승술병동기식입충식체적18례（공28과충식체）환자적림상자료진행평고。수방1~4년，관찰충식체은정성、상합두저고도、상합두유무염증급충식체주위아조골정황。결과：18례환자공26과충식체술중균무상합두천공，수방관찰충식체균무송동、탈락，상합두무염증발생，전경편시충식체여골균형성량호골결합，충식체주위수직골흡수균소우1.5 mm。결론：재선택합괄병례적전제하，상합두내제승병동기충식체식입술능취득교호적림상효과。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of implant-supported rehabilitations with maxillary sinus floor elevation and simultaneous implant placement.Method: Totally twenty eight implants were placed in eighteen patients immediately after maxillary sinus floor osteotomy elevation. Patients were followed up post-operation 12-48 months. The residual bone height, wether the sinus inflammation and the state of alveolar bone around the implant.Result: No sinus membrane perforation was observed intraoperation, no failure and satisfactory function of twenty eight implants in eighteen patients was observed within 12-48 months. X-ray showed good osseointegration in the lifting sites, the vertical resorption around the implants were less than 1.5 mm.Conclusion:With the strict indications, the satisfied clinic efficient can be acquired with osteotome sinus floor elevation and simultaneous implant placement.
