目的:探讨在不同滴速下静脉输注甘露醇对高眼压患者眼压、血压、脉搏及主观感觉的影响。方法:选取本科住院的高眼压患者92例,按输液时间次序分为三组,并给予三种不同的输液速度,A组(6 mL/min),B组(10 mL/min),C组(前10 min 6 mL/min后更改为10 mL/min)。测量各组患者输液前和输液后1 h的患眼眼压、血压、脉搏结果,并进行比较;观察并比较其主观感觉。结果:B组与C组降眼压效果比A组好(P<0.05);在血压、脉搏变化比较中A组变化最小,C组变化也较小;在胸闷、心慌症状比较中,三组比较差异有统计学意义(字2=4.1,P<0.05),且A组、C组优于B组;在注射部位胀痛症状比较中,三组比较差异有统计学意义(字2=4.28,P<0.05),A组、C组优于B组;在同侧肢体胀痛症状比较中,三组比较差异有统计学意义(字2=3.97,P<0.05),C组优于B组。结论:静脉输注甘露醇时将滴速调节为前10 min 6 mL/min然后更改为10 mL/min,能达到比较好的降眼压效果,而且患者血压、脉搏变化相对较小,不良反应轻,主观感觉比较良好。

목적:탐토재불동적속하정맥수주감로순대고안압환자안압、혈압、맥박급주관감각적영향。방법:선취본과주원적고안압환자92례,안수액시간차서분위삼조,병급여삼충불동적수액속도,A조(6 mL/min),B조(10 mL/min),C조(전10 min 6 mL/min후경개위10 mL/min)。측량각조환자수액전화수액후1 h적환안안압、혈압、맥박결과,병진행비교;관찰병비교기주관감각。결과:B조여C조강안압효과비A조호(P<0.05);재혈압、맥박변화비교중A조변화최소,C조변화야교소;재흉민、심황증상비교중,삼조비교차이유통계학의의(자2=4.1,P<0.05),차A조、C조우우B조;재주사부위창통증상비교중,삼조비교차이유통계학의의(자2=4.28,P<0.05),A조、C조우우B조;재동측지체창통증상비교중,삼조비교차이유통계학의의(자2=3.97,P<0.05),C조우우B조。결론:정맥수주감로순시장적속조절위전10 min 6 mL/min연후경개위10 mL/min,능체도비교호적강안압효과,이차환자혈압、맥박변화상대교소,불량반응경,주관감각비교량호。
Objective:To investigate effects of different intravenous dripping speed of mannitol in the intraocular pressure, blood pressure, pulse and the influence of subjective feeling of patients with high intraocular pressure.Method:92 patients with high intraocular pressure who hospitalized were selected, and randomly divided into three groups according to the infusion time order and given three different types of infusion speed, the group A (6 mL/min), the group B (10 mL/min), the group C (6 mL/min after 10 minutes before the change of 10 mL/min). Before transfusion and transfusion after 1 h of intraocular pressure, blood pressure, pulse of the three groups were measured and compared. Result:The intraocular pressure effects of the group B and the group C was better than the group A(P<0.05); blood pressure, pulse of the group A were changed minimum, and the group C changed was relatively small. In the bosom frowsty and flustered symptoms comparison, the difference was statistically significant between the three groups(χ2=4.1, P<0.05), and the group A, C were better than that of the group B; in the injection site pain symptoms comparison, the difference was statistically significant between the three groups (χ2=4.28,P<0.05), the group A, C were better than that of the group B; in the ipsilateral limb pain symptoms comparison, the difference was statistically significant between the three groups (χ2=3.97,P<3.97), the group C was better than that of the group B.Conclusion:Intravenous mannitol will drop to adjust for 10 minutes before 6 mL/min and then changed to 10 mL/min, can achieve a better intraocular pressure effects, and the patients' blood pressure, pulse change is relatively small, adverse reaction and subjective feeling is good.
