对于强杂波背景下的低小慢目标,雷达检测变得异常困难。先跟踪后检测(TBD)算法能够有效解决低信噪比条件下低小慢目标的检测与跟踪问题,文章介绍了经典的检测前跟踪技术,分析了基于粒子滤波器的TBD算法,分析了Sal-mond提出的PF-TBD算法,针对其不能充分利用量测值且有粒子枯竭与退化的缺点,最后提出了相应的改进算法。

It is extremely difficult to detect the small low and slow target in strong and complex electromagnetic wave environ-ment by the method of radar detection. Meanwhile, the TBD algorithm effectively solve the problems in the detection and trace of little low and slow target in low SNR conditions. The present paper introduces the classic trace technology before detection and analyzes the the particle filter based TBD algorithm. Also, the paper introduces the classic PF-TBD algorithm proposed by Salmond. After that, the author puts forward some improvement algorithms to solve the the problems of under use of measured value and the depletion and degradation of the existed particles.
