This paper analyses the present situation of the mathematics classroom teaching and development of creative tal-ents, aiming at the existing problems of current mathematics teaching and the cultivation of creative talents, and put forward the corresponding reform measures, in order to improve the students' ability of innovation, cultivating innovative talents of high level.
