    本文结合对几十家用人单位的毕业生质量调查数据，以武汉大学测绘学院为例，重点分析了单位对测绘工程专业毕业生能力素质要素和技术要素需求，并就测绘工程专业人才培养提出了几点思考和建议。

    This paper combines the graduates quality investigation data of dozens of units, take the College of Geodesy and Geomatics Wuhan University as an example, analyzes on the demand of surveying and mapping engineering graduates ability quality and technological elements, and put forward some suggestions on the personnel training.
