伴随我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展，社会分工已越发精细，因此社会也对高等职业院校提出了更高的要求，这也加速了学校与企业合作（简称校企）的深化和改革。因此本文立足高等职业院校就业为切入点来探讨高等职业院校就业的若干问题，为我国高等职业院校就业提出一些理论参考。

With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, the social division of labor is more sophisti-cated, so the society also puts forward higher requirements on higher vocational colleges, it also speeds up the school and en-terprise cooperation (between) the deepening and reform. So in this paper, based on the employment of higher vocational col-leges as the breakthrough point to explore the employment problems of higher vocational colleges, puts forward some theor-etical reference for our country's higher vocational colleges employment.
