目的：观察开塞露加生理盐水灌肠对不完全性肠梗阻患者保守治疗的效果。方法将56例不完全性肠梗阻保守治疗患者随机分为2组，分别给予开塞露加生理盐水、肥皂水加生理盐水灌肠，并对特征性临床症状包括：腹痛、腹胀、呕吐、排气排便的变化情况；和经治疗后的首次排气、排便时间及有效率进行分析。结果观察组患者总体疗效优于对照组；治疗后两组在改善腹痛、腹胀、排气排便、恶心呕吐方面，治疗组优于对照组，有统计学意义；在改善恶心呕吐方面治疗组与对照组无明显区别。在排气时间方面、排便时间方面，观察组均优于对照组。结论使用开塞露加生理盐水代替传统的肥皂水加生理盐水灌肠治疗，对于不完全性肠梗阻效果显着，值得推广应用。
목적：관찰개새로가생리염수관장대불완전성장경조환자보수치료적효과。방법장56례불완전성장경조보수치료환자수궤분위2조，분별급여개새로가생리염수、비조수가생리염수관장，병대특정성림상증상포괄：복통、복창、구토、배기배편적변화정황；화경치료후적수차배기、배편시간급유효솔진행분석。결과관찰조환자총체료효우우대조조；치료후량조재개선복통、복창、배기배편、악심구토방면，치료조우우대조조，유통계학의의；재개선악심구토방면치료조여대조조무명현구별。재배기시간방면、배편시간방면，관찰조균우우대조조。결론사용개새로가생리염수대체전통적비조수가생리염수관장치료，대우불완전성장경조효과현착，치득추엄응용。
ObjectiveObserve dew opening iflling with physiological saline enema for the treatment of patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction. Method56 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into 2 groups, to open plug dew with physiological saline and soap and water and saline enema respectively. And the main symptoms such as abdominal pain, abdominal distention, nausea and vomiting, the change of exhaust bowel movements, etc. And for the ifrst time the exhaust time, defecation time and efifcient for analysis.ResultsOverall curative effect of observation group is better than the control group; in the two groups after treatment in improving the abdominal pain, abdominal distension, exhaust defecation, nausea and vomiting, the treatment group is better than that of control group, with statistical signiifcance; in improving the nausea and vomiting in the treatment group and control group no signiifcant difference. In terms of exhaust time, defecation time, observation group were better than the control group. ConclusionUsing a plug dew plus normal saline instead of the traditional soap and water and saline enema treatment, for incomplete intestinal obstruction effect is remarkable, is worthy of popularization and application.
