糖在中药制剂中有着极广泛的用途，主要用作矫味剂、赋形剂和防腐剂。近年来，药品中（尤其中药制剂）以大量蔗糖作为辅料的合理性和必要性备受质疑，本文结合相关资料和日常工作实践，就中药剂中糖的利弊、降低含糖量的意义（包括糖对人体健康的影响，糖对药剂疗效的影响，糖对制剂质量的影响）、以及降低含糖比例的对策进行系统概述，旨在促进糖在临床中药制剂中的科学合理应用。
당재중약제제중유착겁엄범적용도，주요용작교미제、부형제화방부제。근년래，약품중（우기중약제제）이대량자당작위보료적합이성화필요성비수질의，본문결합상관자료화일상공작실천，취중약제중당적리폐、강저함당량적의의（포괄당대인체건강적영향，당대약제료효적영향，당대제제질량적영향）、이급강저함당비례적대책진행계통개술，지재촉진당재림상중약제제중적과학합리응용。
Sugar is extremely widely used in Chinese medicine, mainly as corrigents, excipients and antiseptics. In recent years, the rationality and necessity of using sugar as recipes in medicine (especially Chinese medicine) has come under questions. This article, base on related documents and daily work practice, gives a systematic survey on the pros and cons of sugar applied in Chinese medicine, the signiifcance of reducing sugar content (including the inlfuence of sugar on human health, efifcacy and quality of medicine), and the countermeasures for reducing sugar content, aims to promote scientiifc rational application of sugar in clinical Chinese medicine.
