本文介绍了上海市闵行区卫生信息化在家庭医生制度推进中的支撑作用。利用信息化技术实现了建立社区居民电子健康档案、优化服务流程、监管家庭医生诊疗行为、提高家庭医生工作效率、加强各医疗机构间的协作等功能，这使家庭医生均能为社区居民提供动态、综合、实时的健康管理服务。
