目的:从猕猴桃籽中提取猕猴桃籽油,进行成分分析和增强免疫功能研究。方法以超临界CO2萃取法提取猕猴桃籽油,测定其理化性质及有效成分含量。并进行体液免疫试验以研究其增强免疫功能。结果超临界CO2萃取法工艺参数为萃取温度40℃、萃取压力28 MPa、萃取时间240 min,出油率为22.59%。猕猴桃籽油中α-亚麻酸为59.5%。体液免疫试验结果表明,高剂量组与阴性对照组比较, HC50极显著提高。低剂量组、中剂量组与阴性对照组比较,HC50显著提高。结论猕猴桃籽油具有显著的增强免疫功能。

목적:종미후도자중제취미후도자유,진행성분분석화증강면역공능연구。방법이초림계CO2췌취법제취미후도자유,측정기이화성질급유효성분함량。병진행체액면역시험이연구기증강면역공능。결과초림계CO2췌취법공예삼수위췌취온도40℃、췌취압력28 MPa、췌취시간240 min,출유솔위22.59%。미후도자유중α-아마산위59.5%。체액면역시험결과표명,고제량조여음성대조조비교, HC50겁현저제고。저제량조、중제량조여음성대조조비교,HC50현저제고。결론미후도자유구유현저적증강면역공능。
ObjectiveTo extract oil from kiwi seeds for component analysis and enhancing immune function studies.MethodsKiwi fruit seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction. Its physicochemical properties and content of active ingredients were determined. And humoral immunity test was taken to study its enhancing immune function.ResultsThe process parameters of supercritical CO2 extraction are as follows: extraction temperature is 40℃, extraction pressure is 28 MPa, and extraction time is 240 min.The yield of oil is 22.59%. In kiwi seed oil the content of alpha linolenic acid is 59.5%. The humoral immunity test shows that the HC50 in high-dose group very signiifcantly increased compared with the negative control group. And the HC50 in low-dose group and middle dose group signiifcantly increased compared with the negative control group.ConclusionKiwi seed oil has signiifcant enhancing immune function.
