目的：总结讨论血管内栓塞治疗破裂后交通动脉瘤的经验和体会。方法回顾性分析我院血管内栓塞治疗66例后交通动脉瘤的临床资料。结果66例中成功栓塞65例，100%栓塞者57例，95%栓塞6例；90%栓塞2例；动脉瘤破裂死亡1例；术后脑梗死5例，死亡2例。结论介入栓塞治疗后交通动脉瘤是一种微创、安全并且有效的治疗措施。
목적：총결토론혈관내전새치료파렬후교통동맥류적경험화체회。방법회고성분석아원혈관내전새치료66례후교통동맥류적림상자료。결과66례중성공전새65례，100%전새자57례，95%전새6례；90%전새2례；동맥류파렬사망1례；술후뇌경사5례，사망2례。결론개입전새치료후교통동맥류시일충미창、안전병차유효적치료조시。
ObjectiveTo summarize and discuss the treatment of posterior communicating artery aneurysm by endovascular embolization. MethodsRetrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 66 posterior communicating artery aneurysm patients by endovascular embolization.ResultsThe 66 patients, 65 were obliterated successfully, 57 were 100% obliterated, 6 were 95% obliterated, 2 were 90% obliterated. 1 died of second rupture of aneurysm; 5 cases suffered postoperative cerebral infarction and 2 died.ConclusionsInterventional treatment of posterior communicating artery aneurysms is a minimally invasive, safe and effective treatment measures.
