目的：提高基层医院对女性原发性盆腔腹膜后肿瘤的诊断特点和治疗手段的认识。方法回顾性分析我院2003年7月至2013年7月间收治的5例女性盆腔腹膜后肿瘤的临床资料，结合文献复习对女性盆腔腹膜后肿瘤的诊断和治疗进行探讨。结果5例原发性盆腔腹膜后肿瘤的诊断，4例术前误诊，手术处置正确，1例放弃治疗，经验与教训并存。结论女性原发性盆腔腹膜后肿瘤诊断不易，极易误诊为女性生殖器肿瘤，应高度警惕，临床治疗原则多以手术切除为主。
목적：제고기층의원대녀성원발성분강복막후종류적진단특점화치료수단적인식。방법회고성분석아원2003년7월지2013년7월간수치적5례녀성분강복막후종류적림상자료，결합문헌복습대녀성분강복막후종류적진단화치료진행탐토。결과5례원발성분강복막후종류적진단，4례술전오진，수술처치정학，1례방기치료，경험여교훈병존。결론녀성원발성분강복막후종류진단불역，겁역오진위녀성생식기종류，응고도경척，림상치료원칙다이수술절제위주。
ObjectiveTo improve the understanding of the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of primary tumor hospital of female primary pelvic retroperitoneal.Methodsretrospective analysis of our hospital in 2003 July to 2013 year in July 5 cases of female pelvic retroperitoneal tumor with review of the literature, diagnosis and treatment of female pelvic retroperitoneal tumors were discussed.ResultsThe diagnosis of peritoneal tumor in 5 cases with primary posterior pelvic, 4 cases were misdiagnosed, correct operation treatment, 1 cases gave up treatment, experience and lessons.ConclusionThe female primary pelvic retroperitoneal tumor diagnosis is not easy, it is easy to be misdiagnosed as female genital tumors, which should be highly vigilant, therapeutic principle in operation resection.
