当前，“推门听课”在相当一部分院校中盛行，这是教学管理制度进入新阶段的一项重大举措，利弊如何，仍然是仁者见仁，智者见智。不乏，有一部分教师尤其是个别滥竽充数者对这种示范模式及其评教感到压力大，由此开始自我反思与改进。从教学角度看，能大幅度提高示教者工作自觉性和积极性，达到提高教学水平的目的。
