校际优质课程资源共享对于地方高校提高教学质量具有重要的意义。目前，地方高校间优质课程资源共享存在的四个问题，即精品课程数量不足、地区间差异明显、信息管理平台缺乏和激励机制不足。针对上述问题，提出了四个方面建议：加强精品课程建设、逐步扩大共享深度和范围、建立统一的信息管理平台和强化项目激励机制。

Inter-quality curriculum resource sharing has important significance for local colleges and universities to improve the quality of teaching. Currently, four issues among local universities quality curriculum resources sharing exist, namely the insufficient number of quality courses, regional differences are significant, the lack of information management platform in-adequate mechanisms and incentives. In response to these problems, the author made recommendations in four areas:strengthen the curricular construction, and gradually expand the depth and scope of sharing, establish of a unified information management platform and strengthen project incentives.
