炼钢厂铁水预处理项目调试期间,扒渣机、地车比例阀控制器不能控制比例阀正常工作,地车不能开动,扒渣机8向无动作,经反复检查,发现控制器无手柄控制信号模拟量源,控制器卡内没有控制参数,三台扒渣机不能使用,外方工程师建议更换比例阀放大器卡,并要求厂家来人设置合理参数;经过查阅图纸、比例阀放大器卡的有关技术资料,分析现有设备存在的问题难点,最终形成合理解决方案:设计并应用模拟量信号发生单元,设计并应用模拟信号输出单元,检验以上模拟量信号0点准确、正负信号均衡无误后,调试配合比例阀动作重新设置参数,综合试用并优化运行;最终解决疑难问题,零故障使用至今已有1年多时间。
