Junior high school students are adolescents with strong rebellious mood, and their cognitive ability is not perfect, so they are prone to be influenced by external factors, doing some unrea-sonable things in daily life, therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the effectiveness of their ideological and moral educa-tion. Ideological and moral education course can help them es-tablish correct outlooks on life and values, and it plays an impor-tant role in students' comprehensive development, so junior high school administrators should adopt rational strategies to feasibly improve the effectiveness of ideological and moral teaching, so as to promote students' healthy physical and psychological develop-ment.
