目的：探讨护理干预对拉米夫定抗病毒治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者依从性的影响。方法150例使用拉米夫定抗病毒治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者，按病例来诊先后顺序分成实验组和对照组各75例。实验组实施一系列护理干预，对照组实施常规护理，于疗程结束后分别对两组患者进行遵医行为调查。结果实验组患者经过护理干预后治疗完全依从性和部分依从性明显高于对照组，两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可提高慢性乙型肝炎患者拉米夫定抗病毒治疗的依从性。
목적：탐토호리간예대랍미부정항병독치료만성을형간염환자의종성적영향。방법150례사용랍미부정항병독치료적만성을형간염환자，안병례래진선후순서분성실험조화대조조각75례。실험조실시일계렬호리간예，대조조실시상규호리，우료정결속후분별대량조환자진행준의행위조사。결과실험조환자경과호리간예후치료완전의종성화부분의종성명현고우대조조，량조환자비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론호리간예가제고만성을형간염환자랍미부정항병독치료적의종성。
ObjectiveTo explore influence of nursing intervention on compliance of chronic hepatitis B patient treated by lamivudine antivirus.Methods Divided 150 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were treated by lamivudine into test group and control group according to their order of hospitalization, 75 cases in each group.The test group received a series of nursing intervention, and control group received conventional treatment, two groups was investigated after treatment.Results The therapeutic compliance in the test group was higher than that of control group, there differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can raise the therapeutic compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
