中职教育是培养具备综合能力和全面发展素质的教育，是培养直接在生产第一线工作的应用型人才。而近年来，由于受到生源的限制，职业学校招收的大多数学生文化基础差，学习能力差，尤其对数学知识的学习有一种抗拒。如这些问题不能得到有效解决，必然影响到人才的培养质量，也影响到职业学校的办学质量。本文力图分析当前中职数学教学现状和存在的问题，以数学中数列的教学为例进行研究，提出自己对目前中职数学数列有效性教学的几点建议，并通过自己的教学实践，探索中职生数列教学有效性研究的重要和现实的意义。

Secondary vocational education is the education culti-vating comprehensive ability and the comprehensive development of quality education, and it cultivates applied talents for the first line of production. In recent years, due to the restrictions of stu-dent sources, the majority of students enrolled in vocational schools have a poor cultural foundation and poor abilities, espe-cially for mathematics learning there is a resistance among them. If these problems can not be effectively resolved, they will in-evitably affect the quality of talent training, as well as the educa-tional quality of vocational schools. Through analyzing the current situation and problems of secondary vocational mathematics teaching, taking number sequence as an example, this paper pro-posed several suggestions for the effective teaching of number se-quence in secondary vocational mathematics, and through the writer's own teaching practice, explored the important and realis-tic significance of studying the effectiveness of secondary voca-tional number sequence teaching.
