高校课堂教学过程中学生、教师以及辅导员的角色定位问题,一直是学术界讨论的热点问题,也是关系到提高目前我国高校教学质量的现实问题。三者的传统角色定位一直制约着学生求学、教师施教、辅导员育人的成效。本文基于学生主体地位视角,重新定位三者角色:学生应成为优秀教学成果的享受者和积极主动的求学者,教师应成为优秀教学成果的提供者和课堂教学的主动管理者,辅导员应成为对教师教学和学生求学的有力督导者和优秀服务者,旨在进一步提高高校教学质量。

The positioning of students, teachers and counselors' roles in university classroom teaching has always been a hot topic in the academic circle, as well as a realistic issue of improving the current university teaching quality in China. The traditional posi-tioning of their roles is always restricting the efficacy of students' learning, teachers' teaching and counselors' education. Based on the perspective of students' subjective role, this paper re-posi-tioned their roles: students should become the beneficiaries of excellent teaching results and active learners; teachers should become providers of excellent teaching results and autonomous managers of classroom teaching;counselors should become pow-erful supervisors of teachers' teaching and students' learning as well as qualified helpers. The aim is to further improve university teaching quality.
