新时期大学生的思想呈现许多新特点。面对新形势下大学生思想政治工作出现的问题，我们不能仅停留在传统的管理思想、管理体制、德育教育、教育载体层面，我们要坚持以人为本，把理论教育和实践紧密结合，不断创新，增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性，进而激发大学生服务的热情，促进大学生健康全面发展。

College students' thoughts has many new characteris-tics in the new period. Facing the problems in the ideological and political work of college students under the new situation, we can't only stay at the level of traditional management idea, man-agement system, moral education, and education carrier, and we must adhere to the people-oriented idea, closely combine theo-retical education with practice, continuously make innovations, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and polit-ical education of college students, thus stimulating college stu-dents' enthusiasm of service and promoting their healthy and comprehensive development.
