大学生团队合作能力是当前高校人才培养的重要内容。审视当前高校对大学生团队合作能力培养现状，可以发现不少问题。本文试图从高校、教师、学生三方面进行分析和反思，对切实提高大学生团队合作能力培养提出若干建议。

At present, culturing the teamwork ability of university students is the key point in universities. Carefully examine the current state of culturing the teamwork ability of university students in universities, we find a few of problems. This article attempts to do some analysis and reconsideration, by taking the universities tutors and students as three aspects, try to point some useful suggestions in strengthening culturing the teamwork ability of university students.
