The correct working attitude of science and technology journal editor was expanded, such as serious and respon-sible, patient and careful, never-ending improvement and good team work spirit. The personal working style is important, and experience accumulation by feel should be changed to optimized working manner of systematicness, interchangeability, per-ceptibility. The concepts of process working and summarizing by category by were proposed.
