当前应用型管理专业在很多高校陆续开设,建构课堂教学模式直接影响到应用型管理专业的教学效果。笔者从事物流管理专业教学多年,不断对这门应用型管理专业进行教学探索及研究,本文对当前教学实践中普遍存在的问题,即教师单向传输知识、学生之间缺少互动、实践教学以实验室为主等方面的问题进行了剖析,结合教学实践经验,提出了建构应用型管理专业课堂教学模式的建议。

Management currently applied in succession to open in many colleges and universities, to construct a direct impact on classroom teaching application-oriented management professional teaching. I engaged in logistics management teaching for many years, and continuously manage this branch of applied professional teaching exploration and research, this article on the current teaching practice common problems that teachers one-way transmission of knowledge, the lack of interaction between the students practice teaching experimental room-based and other aspects of the problem were anal-yzed, combined teaching experience, proposed to construct application-oriented management professional classroom tea-ching suggestions.
