作为无创可视化成像技术新的方法和手段，医学影像诊断显示的是生物组织细胞病变的解剖变化，其在本质上反映了生物体各种整体机能的变化，能为骨科疾病的发病机理、临床诊断、指导手术和预后评估的研究提供有效的新方法和新手段。本文从骨科的踝关节创伤、隐匿性及细微骨折、颌骨肿瘤与脊柱骨折等多个方面入手，重点探讨了多层螺旋CT、MRI在临床骨科医学中的应用进展。不过由于现代疾病学理论与医学技术的发展，医学影像学其在很多方面都存在着尚未解决的关键技术问题，需要进一步的发展，本文为此在最后展望了分子影像学在临床医学中的发展，希望能为我国医学影像学的发展提供参考。

As a new technology and way of the non-invasive visualization of imaging, the medical imaging diagnosis is showed the anatomical changes of biological tissue lesions which reflects the overall function changes in the nature's various organisms. It can provide effective new methods and tools for the bone disease pathogenesis analysis, clinical diagnosis, surgery and efficacy evaluation. This article focus on the applying multi-slice spiral CT, MRI advances of medical imaging for the osteopathic medicine from some aspects that includes the ankle orthopedic trauma, the occult and subtle fractures, jaw tumors and spinal fractures. However, because the development of the modern theory of dis-ease and medical technology, the medical imaging's theory, technology and systems are also need to be resolved, the paper concludes with an outlook the development of molecular imaging in clinical medicine and hope to provide a ref-erence for the development of medical imaging.
