At present, the digital geological mapping is a new means of regional geological survey. Combining with the actual teaching mode of digital geological mapping in geological survey, this paper explored the necessity of the introduction of digital geological mapping in regional geological survey and the mapping step, finally elaborated the measures to better use digital geological mapping in geological survey, to bring some help to peers.
