It has been confirmed in many countries that the adjustment of the financial policy has an important influence on the development of real estate industry, and it also gradually becomes the government regulation of the real estate development means in China. In recent years, individual housing loans policy changes along with the real estate regulation policies. This paper studies on impact of policies adjustment of individual housing loans on the real estate market and proposes relevant recommendations about how to promote the development of real estate industry.
